Dr. Bret Barger works directly with the practices helping to recruit and place surgeons. As a member of the leadership team, he works closely with Dr. Rallis to help identify areas for expansion. Dr. Barger leads the effort to find the real estate and contractors to build out new, state-of-the-art facilities.
Dr. Barger has been a leader in the oral surgery, dental implant and full arch reconstruction field for almost 15 years. As the Director of Dental Programs at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers—the world’s largest provider of dental implants and full arch restorations – he was integral in growing the company from 5 to 38 practices in under four years, and helped position the company for a new private equity partner.
Prior to joining Dr. Rallis in 2018, Dr. Barger was the VP of the Dental Implant Division at Aspen Dental as the sole innovator and thought leader behind Turning Point Dental Implant Centers. There he created and branded this entirely new, high end segment of Aspen Dental. He was the driving force behind the utilization of Prettau Zirconia from Zirkonzahn which has become the gold standard for full arch restorations in the world today.
