Karley is an engaging and results-driven leader with over 15 years of leadership in multi-unit operations and human resource management. Karley leads the Human Resource function for Paradigm Oral Health, as the architect for systems and processes that help take the team and business to the next level.
As a graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising and Advertising. She spent the majority of her career at Target—13 years—in both store operations and human resources.
Karley was born and raised in Nebraska and spends her free time with her husband of 12 years, chasing their three kids, Kampbell, Krew, and Kai. They live in Omaha, where they enjoy numerous fun activities – gymnastics, baseball, swimming, and the outdoors overall.
Karley has been with Paradigm for more than two years and has loved learning the oral surgery world and most importantly, working with such a fun and talented team!
