Senior Vice President of Growth Initiatives
Katie Rallis is the Senior Vice President of Growth Initiatives at Paradigm Oral Health. She works with each practice to develop growth plans, improve workflows, and ensure the practices are fully supported. Katie is passionate about ensuring that the patients and referrals have an exceptional experience. Her favorite part of her job is collaborating with the practice administrators and surgeons to find new ways to improve the patient and referral experience, create more efficient workflows, and a more streamlined process for the team.
Katie received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. She then worked for Marriott Hotels where her passion for customer service was truly cultivated. She helped open Nebraska Oral & Facial Surgery in 2010 and has been a part of Paradigm Oral Health since the onset.
Katie was born and raised in the Midwest, living the majority of her life in Nebraska. She has been married to her husband David for 19 years and has two children – Lauren and Johnny. They recently added Jack the Boxer to their family, and consider him their third child. She enjoys spending time at the lake, traveling, riding her Peloton, and attending Lauren and Johnny’s tennis and baseball events.
