Chief Financial Officer
Michael is a senior finance executive with a track record of success spanning over 40 years as the CFO of leveraged private equity portfolio companies across an extremely diverse set of industries. He has provided financial leadership in all aspects of acquisitions and leveraged finance. At Paradigm Oral Health, Mr. Polcyn is responsible for all aspects of its financial operations along with support for the legal and business development processes.
Michael began his career with Moore Corporation, a Fortune International 500 company, culminating his career there as a Vice President of Finance. Following that he was the CFO of DST Output, the largest revenue division of DST Systems. Since then, Mr. Polcyn has been the CFO of a series of companies in diverse industries backed by eight different private equity sponsors where he has led numerous acquisitions, integrations and highly successful sale processes.
Mr. Polcyn is a CPA who holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas. He has been on the board of directors for several commercial ventures and is a past President of the Nebraska Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI).
