Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management
Rhonda is the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for Paradigm Oral Health. In this role, she actively partners with practices to develop a patient centered comprehensive revenue cycle continuum from payor relations to patient pay solutions focusing on standardization, automation, net revenue improvement and patient experience.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Rhonda was a Revenue Cycle Management leader who held senior positions (Vice President/Senior Vice President) for healthcare systems and consultants across the country. These include two large dental groups between 160-250 practices, Parkland Health & Hospital System, and Navigant Consulting-Healthcare.
Rhonda has a Masters of Aeronautical Science (Management) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Carlow College.
When Rhonda is not working, you can find her maintaining her education to stay current as a registered nurse. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
