Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Ted is responsible for Paradigm’s Information Technology footprint.  He has taken Paradigm Oral Health from a small group of individual, siloed practices to a stable, scalable, and secure enterprise system. Ted works closely with the clinical experts to ensure the team has access to the latest and best clinical technology, and to determine how best to support their work-flow and contribute to successful patient care. Leveraging a mix of internal resources and strategic outsourcing, he designs, manages, and supports all aspects of Paradigm technology: enterprise design, infrastructure, software platforms, security, communications, business continuity, support, procurement, integrations, education and training, polices and best practices, and vendor management. Paradigm IT also supports certain aspects of the clinical infrastructure, including practice admin/EHR systems, patient and referral communication, imaging, and inventory management technology.
