Director of Business Development
Tom Ravenstahl is a Director of Business Development for Paradigm Oral Health. He joined the team in 2021 and focuses on new acquisitions and acquisition due diligence.
Prior to Paradigm, Tom was a Vice President of Acclaro Valuation Advisors in Omaha, where he performed business valuations of privately held companies. Prior to Acclaro, Tom worked as a Senior Consultant at Gleason Experts in Pittsburgh, where he performed business valuations and provided litigation support to clients. Tom also spent three years working as a consultant compensating businesses in the Gulf of Mexico impacted by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
In his free time, Tom enjoys traveling, golfing, hiking, attending sporting events, and spending time with family.
Tom received a B.S.B.A in Accounting from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
