Vice President of Business Integration
Brittney is the Vice President of Business Integrations for Paradigm Oral Health. She supports the new practices from the beginning of due diligence and throughout the entire integration. Brittney serves as a guide and “concierge” for the doctors and team to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Brittney has worked with Dr. Rallis since 2010. She began working in the front office at Nebraska Oral & Facial Surgery and has worn many hats throughout the years. She has helped the company grow from one doctor with a single location, to the company Paradigm is today.
When Brittney has free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, kids, Lydia and Levi, and dog, Duke. As a family they enjoy spending time outdoors, playing games, watching movies, and entertaining friends and family.
