Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management
Cole is the Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Paradigm Oral Health, where he oversees the registration, coding, billing, and collections functions across the organization. Cole has over 15 years of revenue cycle leadership and technology experience. He is the founder & CEO of NorthStar RCM, an advisory and outsourced services firm that partners with healthcare organizations to improve revenue cycle performance and reduce cost to collect.
Prior to founding NorthStar, Cole served as the VP of Revenue Cycle at PIH Health, where he oversaw RCM functions and staff across the health system, including three hospitals, 26 clinics, a 300+ physician medical group, as well as home health and hospice care. Cole has deep knowledge of healthcare EMR and patient accounting systems, having started his career at Epic, where he oversaw client success and implementation of revenue cycle applications.
