Chief Financial Officer

Greg joined Paradigm as Chief Financial Officer in September 2023.  In this capacity, Greg oversees all financial functions, business analytics, revenue cycle, and procurement.  He also supports business development and growth initiatives by partnering with the teams to align operations and finance.  Greg has over 23 years of experience in investment banking, direct investments, and as a Chief Financial Officer.  

Greg was most recently a Managing Director at Barclays, an international corporate and investment bank headquartered in London, England.  As co-head of a structured products group and head of a credit products group, Greg’s primary focus was on private credit, financial advisory, and capital solutions for companies, organizations, and institutional clients.  Greg also helped oversee a multi-billion dollar lending and credit portfolio and sat on various management and capital commitment committees.

Prior to Barclays Greg was the Chief Financial Officer at PIH Health, an integrated healthcare delivery company headquartered in southeastern Los Angeles.  As CFO, Greg had direct oversight of all financial functions, capital raising, managed care contracting, revenue cycle, supply chain, and several other business divisions.  Greg was also highly involved in operations, where he oversaw certain pharmaceutical businesses, care management, and environmental services.  Greg was a member of various Boards and Committees during his tenure.

Prior to PIH Health, Greg was an investment banker and held positions of increasing responsibility at Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Citi.  His primary focus was across the healthcare spectrum, including healthcare services, pharmaceutical / biotechnology, and medical devices.  Greg has helped structure and/or advise on over $75 billion in M&A, equity, debt, and other financial products.  Greg began his career as an analyst at Salomon Smith Barney (Citi).

Greg grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, and earned his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Vanderbilt University.  In his spare time, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, their two sons, and their family dog.  In addition to spending time with his family, Greg enjoys coaching, reading, exercise, outdoors, and charitable activities.  Greg also sits on the Board of a non-profit community organization focused on athletic, educational, and social programs.
