Director of Education
Kaamala is the Director of Education for Paradigm Oral Health. In this role she partners with each practice to create innovative, target driven education plans, focused on referral engagement, relationship development, and practice growth. Kaamala works closely with both the surgeons and community liaisons to support education and engagement goals while executing industry leading events.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Kaamala had a long history in the dental field. After many years of practice administration and operations roles, she joined The Perico Group to lead education and strategic initiatives. There she helped designed new education programs and referral engagement strategies. Kaamala also managed the continuation of Perico’s thriving education program through the virtual needs of COVID. Her efforts consistently contributed to significant practice growth and an increase in yearly new patient acquisition.
With over 20 years in the dental industry, Kaamala has a broad range of experience and an understanding of operations and the many different roles within the Paradigm practices. She is committed to providing the highest level of educational programs for all audiences and creating strong, lasting relationships within the dental community.
A Massachusetts native who relocated to the California Bay area in 2020, Kaamala can often be found enjoying the beautiful Pacific Ocean with her husband, Adam, and their Great Dane, Oliver. Their adventures include exploring the state parks, beach towns and hiking trails. Kaamala is a supporter of the California Great Dane Rescue and LifeLine for Vets, a Vet-to-Vet crisis hotline.
