Vice President of Operations
Katie is the Vice President of Operations for Paradigm Oral Health. In this role, she oversees the operational performance of each practice and seeks to improve the patient and referral experience by innovating efficient workflows and translating business needs into plans for implementation. She collaborates with the Practice Administrators and Surgeons to impact the patient and referral experience, team member and doctor satisfaction, and achieve operational and financial goals.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Katie was a District Manager for CVS Health where she was a multi-unit leader of 16 CVS Pharmacies inside of Target in Nebraska, Western Iowa, and South Dakota. There, she led her teams through the acquisition and integration of Target Pharmacy to CVS Pharmacy and was responsible for building high performing teams to deliver exceptional patient care outcomes while maximizing profitability in a growing market.
As a Doctor of Pharmacy with an extensive background in the retail pharmacy industry, Katie is passionate about providing patient-focused care in all aspects of healthcare through innovations and strategies that earn the trust of our communities.
Outside of work, Katie spends her time with her husband Dan and two sons, Colin and Drew, attending their various sporting activities and traveling. She enjoys being outdoors and taking on landscaping and home renovation projects. Katie is a proud supporter of First Responders Foundation, which provides support and appreciation for all our First Responders, Veterans, and their families.
