Procurement Manager
Tim Allbaugh is the Procurement Manager at Paradigm Oral Health. With a background in procurement, finance, and analysis, Tim has the ability to find and analyze cost savings and vendor selection based on price and service. Using his interpersonal skills, he is able to establish working relationships with vendors and internal teams to improve processes and efficiency. With prior experience in software changes, Tim’s role will encompass adding a purchasing process via Oracle’s Netsuite, manage facility leases, address new signage needs, and manage aspects of insurance.
Prior to Paradigm Oral Health, Tim was a Senior Purchasing Analyst for Nebraska Medicine. He analyzed and reported costs savings and reduced costs in several key categories. Collaboration was an important component of the position, which led to working with Accounts Payable, Facilities, Contracts, Project Managers, and Legal. He also wrote the state’s largest known request for proposal for their facilities inspections. Earlier in his career he was a Purchasing Agent at Kiewit, held several internships related to financial analysis / real-estate management, owned his own real-estate company, and is also a veteran of the United States Air Force where he was a technician in integrated avionics systems. Tim’s education is a BSBA from the University of Nebraska with a concentration in finance, investment science and portfolio management.
In his free time, Tim loves to travel and see new places for their natural beauty and architecture around the world. He looks forward to seeing the fjords of Norway and New Zealand. He enjoys hiking, spending time with family, nature photography, and road trips through national parks. Occasionally, he volunteers his time cleaning up local parks.
